HCM CITY — HCM City’s schools for the disabled are facing a shortage of teachers for their students, according to school principals.
HCM City schools currently have 5,137 disabled students, but only 1,509 teachers for them.
District 11’s Kindergarten No.9 was the first school in the city to receive disabled children, back in 1989.
